10/11 5 stars, update took my Maltese back along with the new puppy appt. They corrected it issues by cleaning his face up and trimmed his paw pads. Thank you for taking the time to fix my old man. As I’ve mentioned, been coming here for years and never had issues till yesterday 1 star- I frequent this location all the time for my pet grooming and have never been disappointed until tonight 10/10 @ 7:30pm. The main focus center as bath, nail grinding and clean his face up. He is a senior Maltese and is losing his vision. So I try to keep the hair out of his face. Well I couldn’t pick him up so my husband got back with him and he arrived back like I dropped him off with the exception of smelling better and nail grinding. His paw pads were not cleaned up, which has been done each time whether I pay for a bath and full haircut or bath and brush. And his face is always trimmed. It usually takes 2-4 hours depending on how busy they may be (and m guessing). Well the appointment was for 7:30 pm and he was ready within an hour and I see why. His paw pads weren’t touch and nor was his face. I know they may have been tired and ready to clock out, however don’t have appointments set this late if you’re not going to provide the service I pay for. Now if there has been a change in what comes with a bath, that should have been stated at drop off. This was a $65 outcome. Petsmart y’all have to do better. I need answers and a do over. Almost don’t want to bring my 6month Yorkie in tomorrow because of this shenanigans🙄. At least he smells good. Heck, did he even get a bath at this point, or was the cologne sprayed to make me think he had a full bath

If you’re looking to have your cat groomed here, proceed with caution. From my experience I found that the groomers do not want to bathe cats and will find every excuse in the book to make sure they don’t bathe a cat.When I picked my cat up and was told she wasn’t enjoying the bath so they used some waterless shampoo cleanser that I can buy in the store for the fraction of the price of the grooming fee . The waterless cleanser left her coat dull, sticky and smelled like perfume. I had to take her home and give her another bath. I called the store and the manager did make it right. But I will not return to this store for grooming. Also, my cat was shaken up by the experience and I regret taking her here.
